Message From Founders Desk

Arun is the promotor/founder of Maaydesh Foundation. His giving back to society and community services attitude was cultivated by seeing how his father, Shri Rajabhau Joshi, and his grandfather Shri K. B. Joshi spent their lives. Both of them were inspiring men who founded social institutions which are still serving the communities.

Arun founded RagaNXT group to preserve and promote Indian classical music. Through RagaNXT label, he has recorded forty-one new albums, created four original music stage shows, and helped young talented artists succeed professionally.

Rajendra Jog

Board Director

Mr. Jog, Board Director at Maaydesh Foundation, leads the Bharat Itihaas Sanshodhak Mandal renovation project as Construction Committee Head. He is the founder of Millennium Ropeways and Jog Software Ltd., and actively involved with organizations like Bharat Vikas Parishad, Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha, and Deccan Education Society. A life member of BORI and Bharat Itihas Sanshodhak Mandal, his dedicated contribution to Maaydesh Foundation is highly valued.

Kaustubh Gadre

Board Director

Mr. Gadre, a Board Director at Maaydesh Foundation, oversees the renovation and modernization of Zila Parishad schools in Konkan. With extensive experience in construction and as owner of a custom bungalow firm, he plays a key role in transforming dilapidated schools. His active contribution to Maaydesh’s reconstruction projects is deeply valued.

Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni

Board Director

Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni, Chairman and MD of Inspire Designs & Branding Services Pvt. Ltd., brings over 40 years of expertise in branding and marketing. With an MBA and PhD in Brand Management, and former All India Creative Director at Notre Advertising, he excels in strategy and creative leadership. Under his guidance, Inspire Designs is known for impactful brand communication and data-driven marketing solutions.

Subodh Bhave

Board Director

Mr. Subodh Bhave is a renowned Marathi and Hindi actor known for powerful portrayals of historical figures like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Lokmanya Tilak. Also a director and eloquent orator, he is admired for blending history with cinema and contributing richly to Indian theatre and film through his artistic talent and cultural insight.

Dr. Ganesh Raut

Advisor

Dr. Ganesh Raut, a historian with 30 years of teaching experience, is Head of the History Department and a Ph.D. holder. He has authored 12 and edited 16 history books, along with two in journalism. A research guide at SPPU, he has developed short-term courses like Journalism, Fort Guide, and Heritage Walk. As a Board of Studies member for Balbharti, he contributed to school textbooks. A prolific speaker with over 1,500 lectures, he also edited the book दत्तक गावांचा इतिहास, published by SPPU.

Sanchali Phadnis

Sanchali Phadnis is a dedicated Marketing Manager with expertise in traditional and digital marketing, content creation, and event management. She drives impactful campaigns to boost brand visibility and community engagement, playing a key role in promoting the foundation’s work through strategic and creative outreach.

Samruddhi Joshi

Samruddhi Joshi, a Research Associate at Maaydesh Foundation with a Master’s in History, focuses on historical research in collaboration with Bharat Itihas Sanshodhak Mandal. Passionate about preserving historical narratives, she contributes valuable insights through her academic work and collaborative projects.

Mr. Amol Shinde manages the websites and social media for Maaydesh Foundation, ensuring a strong and engaging digital presence. With expertise in content management and strategy, he helps communicate the foundation’s mission, boost visibility, and foster community support online.
